Featuring Basically Bare: Album
I’ve really enjoyed working with my Basically Bare products. Here’s an album that has a piece of a cardboard dress form, felt bird, canvas leaves that have been misted and sewed. cardboard and acrylic flowers.
I’ve heard from some of you who have ordered from Basically Bare. How are you liking the products? I just love the “bare” element! The dress form has been mod-podged and given a coat of cinnamon.

Graphic’s Fairy Brag Monday
I hopped over to Graphic’s Fairy this morning and she has a DIY (Do it yourself) blog. There is a giveaway today and there’s a set of clock knobs that I’m drooling over. I’m also going to submit my Gated Wedding in a Mirror to Graphic’s Fairy Brag Monday. Here’s a peek at the knobs.

Here’s my Brag Monday project.

I hope you had a great Mother’s Day! I spent the day with my Mom and we had a beautiful day :) I always cherish our time together.

Simplicity
This project is filled with all sorts of Basically Bare products. The banner has been covered wit Simplicity pattern paper. The sewing machine, buttons and scissors are chipboard pieces that have been painted and dressed up with embellishments. The felt dress form has a simple “100% silk” tag sewn to the side. The black and white images are from a late 1800’s corset catalog and most of the colored images are Crafty Secrets.

What’s on your Workdesk Wednesday (WOYWW) 100!
My work desk has been overloaded! Join Julia for WOYWW! Trying to be ready for my new shoppe has kept me busy with lots of diecuts. dress forms, buttons, flowers, banners, keys, locks, etc! I’ll also be working on some vintage inspired pins and seam binding. I plan to offer kits for some of the projects and albums that are most requested. I plan to have some items in the “shoppe” by next week.

Three of our teenagers were helping me and the love to use my Accucut…busy, busy! Hubby was bust cutting down some boxes for me
. All of my diecuts will be cut from recycled boxes.
