Splitcoast Stampers: Crafty Secrets Challenge
Lori is giving us the challenge to “Use it up!” I decided to use a chipboard frame, some new “Mini Vintage” Creative Scraps and a blue patterned paper for the “Creating with Vintage Patterns” CD.
