Hello friends!  It feels so good to have all 25 CHA projects done  !  If you’re going to CHA, let me know if you eye spy any of my projects.  There will be several in Basically Bare and WOW Embossing Booth, as well as Amazing Mold Putty and Robin’s Nest.  This Tabs Album is one of the projects you may see in Basically Bare Booth.
Made using Generations by Simple Stories, lots of mediums by Golden, Kuretake Markers, WOW!  Embossing Powders.  Album and Fanciful Frame are Basically Bare.
Once my album is returned, all I have to do is add pictures.

Journals with Donna Downey

Hello friends!  WOWZERS, our temps have cooled down from almost 90 degrees yesterday to a high of 68 degrees today!  Tomorrow it is to be even cooler with a chance of frost on Thursday.  I must admit that after our summer of storms and so much damage to the house, buildings and trees..I’m looking forward to kissing this summer bye-bye!
Many of you know I took 3 classes with Donna Downey on Friday and Saturday..so fun and she’s a bundle of joy, laughter and talent   I’ll share two of the albums.  The Art Journal is my favorite and it was fun (and therapeutic) to tear and crinkle all the text for the border.  LOL!

Some Fun With Donna Downey

Hello friends!  I have some exciting new to share!  Donna Downey will be teaching in Charles City, Iowa…my old hometown..AND I’ll be taking all 3 of her classes on Friday and Saturday.  YIPEE! PLUS, I get to spend Friday morning with Mom and do a little thrifting, have lunch and then off to class!  So, you know I’ll be having a great time on Friday and Saturday!

Inspiration Journal
Friday, Sept. 9 · 1-4p

Art journaling is a window into your creative soul. A place for you to experiment with different techniques, mediums and products. It should be treated as a "no fail zone" and be your safe place to play. Donna will be teaching image transfers, layering, "drippage", different mediums and how they work, and 3-D effects. Loads of information and creative play will happen in this class!
